Birth support for families who have not always been held with care.
I offer culturally grounded, spiritually rooted doula support for pregnant people and their families. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, a birth center birth, or a home birth, I will be with you.
I bring Caribbean plant traditions, spiritual practice, and genuine human presence to every birth I attend. I follow your lead. I do not rush you. I stay.

Continuous support throughout active labor and birth. I am with you from the time you need me until after your baby arrives — providing comfort measures, emotional presence, advocacy, and guidance for your support team. Available for hospital, birth center, and home births.
Complete doula accompaniment from pregnancy through postpartum. Includes two prenatal visits, continuous labor and birth support, and two postpartum visits. Culturally affirming, spiritually grounded, and centered entirely on your family. Additional visits available as add-ons.

One-on-one prenatal visits to prepare you physically, emotionally, and spiritually for birth. We cover birth education, comfort measures, your birth preferences, and any concerns you are carrying. Available virtually or in person.
In-home postpartum visits focused on your recovery, newborn care, feeding support, and emotional well-being. The postpartum period deserves as much attention as the birth itself. Available virtually or in person.
Collaborative preparation of a clear, organized birth preferences document to communicate your wishes to your care team. Includes a review of your options, discussion of contingencies, and a final formatted document you can bring to your provider.
A postpartum session integrating Caribbean spiritual and plant traditions with your recovery. May include limpia guidance, custom baño preparation, herbal support, and prayer work to restore your spirit after birth. Available virtually or in person.
An additional prenatal visit beyond your package. Useful for families who want more preparation time, are navigating a high-risk pregnancy, or simply need more support as their due date approaches.
An additional postpartum visit beyond your package for continued recovery support, newborn care guidance, or emotional check-in as you settle into the fourth trimester.
Compassionate support for families experiencing pregnancy or infant loss. This service honors your grief, supports you through delivery and the immediate aftermath, and holds space for the love that has nowhere to go. Available in person and virtually.
Placenta and Keepsake Services
Your placenta is sacred. These services honor it.
A transport kit is provided at booking for all encapsulation and preparation services. Your placenta can be received directly at the birth or transported home on dry ice.
