Atabey Obsidiana is a small, independent botánica offering handmade goods and carefully sourced traditional supplies. Many items are prepared or stocked in limited quantities.

Please review product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, and directions before placing your order. Reach out before purchasing if you have questions about a product.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene, safety, and spiritual-use considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, burned, worn, or unsealed products.

This includes:

• Oils, waters, soaps, baños, and personal-care products
• Candles, incense, charcoal, herbs, and spiritual supplies
• Curios, altar goods, shells, cards, and divination tools
• Clearance items, samples, and gift cards

All sales are final once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please email info@atabeyobsidiana.com within 5 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and available inventory.

Please keep the original item and packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been packed or shipped.

Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Email info@atabeyobsidiana.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Atabey Obsidiana is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your order is still in transit, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

Then contact us so we can help review the situation.

We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incomplete address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost required to resend it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Variations

Because some items are handmade, traditionally produced, or sourced in small batches, slight variations in color, scent, texture, packaging, or appearance may occur.

These differences are normal and do not make the product defective.

Before Ordering

Please review all ingredients, warnings, and product information before purchasing.

Patch test topical products when appropriate and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
