Returns & Workshops Policy

Atabey Obsidiana is a small batch studio. Everything is produced intentionally and in limited quantities.
We care about your experience and encourage communication if something feels off.
Product Returns
Because our skincare, hair, and body products are personal use items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
All product sales are final once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email care@atabeyobsidiana.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
If you have questions about ingredients or sensitivities before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out. We are happy to guide you.
Workshops & Studio Sessions
Workshops are intentionally small and materials are prepared in advance. Because of this, registrations are generally non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, please email partnership@atabeyobsidiana.com as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be transferred to a future session.
• Within 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed — but reach out. We will do our best to find a solution.
If your cancellation is due to illness, medical emergency, or unexpected hardship, contact us. We believe in reasonable flexibility and will work with you when possible.
You may also transfer your seat to another person at no additional cost.
Weather or Instructor Rescheduling
If a workshop must be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, venue issues, or instructor health needs, your registration will transfer to the new date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled session, you may choose a future workshop or receive studio credit.
We prioritize safety and well-being over rigid policy.
