How to Prepare | Cómo prepararlo
Each pouch contains 2 oz of prepared herbal baño blend. Use half the pouch for two lighter baños, or use the full pouch for one strong baño.
Bring water to a boil, turn off the heat, and add the herbs. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Allow the baño to cool to a safe temperature, then strain. After your regular bath or shower, pour the baño from the shoulders down while praying over your intention.
Cada bolsa contiene 2 oz de mezcla herbal preparada. Use la mitad de la bolsa para dos baños más suaves, o use la bolsa completa para un baño fuerte.

How to Work the Kit | Cómo trabajar el kit
Light the candle first and make sure it is placed in a safe candle holder on a heat-safe surface. Say your prayer while the candle burns, either before the bath or while pouring the baño from the shoulders down.
When you are finished, snuff the candle out instead of blowing it out. You may relight it while continuing the same prayer or intention. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Cómo trabajar el kit
