End-of-Life Support + Community Care
Whether you’re planning ahead, caring for someone you love, or sitting in the middle of something you never expected, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I offer non-medical end-of-life support virtually, including planning, family guidance, legacy work, grief resources, spiritual support, and help figuring out where to start.
BIPOC + LGBTQ+ affirming.
What Support Can Look Like
Family Guidance
Help understanding what may be happening, what questions to ask, and how family members can support each other through the process.
Advance Care Planning
Talking through wishes, values, priorities, and what matters to you at the end of life.
Legacy Work
Stories, letters, memories, wishes, and things you want the people you love to have after you're gone.
Spiritual + Cultural Support
I can help make space for the spiritual or cultural practices that matter to you and your family, and support you in honoring them during end-of-life care.
Grief Support + Resources
Support in the early days of grief and help finding additional resources when you need them.
Virtual Presence + Support
A steady place to talk through what’s happening, what you’re worried about, and what support or resources might help during the final days.
Companion Animal End-of-Life Support
Our animals are family too. I can help you prepare for the end of their life, find at-home euthanasia or hospice care, plan a peaceful goodbye, and find grief support afterward.
How I Approach Death Care
I’m an end-of-life doula and community herbalist. I don’t treat death like something that needs to be hidden or made less real than it is.
My role is to help people feel more informed, supported, and less alone — talking through what comes next, helping a family prepare, finding resources, or simply being another steady person to talk to.
I also bring Puerto Rican and Caribbean approaches to plant care, ritual, family, and remembrance into my work when that is appropriate and wanted.
You don’t need to have the right words. You only need to begin.
In loving memory of Nicole.
She is a big part of why I went deeper into end-of-life care in the first place.
I wanted to understand how to be more present, more prepared, and more useful when someone is dying.
