How to Prepare / Cómo prepararlo
Bring water to a boil, turn off the heat, and add the herbs. Let them steep for 30 minutes for a strong infusion, then allow the bath to cool to a safe temperature. Once cooled, strain the herbs and pour from the shoulders down after your regular bath or shower.
Ponga agua a hervir, apague el fuego y añada las hierbas. Déjelas reposar por 30 minutos para que el baño salga bien fuerte, luego déjelo enfriar hasta que esté a una temperatura segura. How to Work the Kit / Cómo trabajar el kit
Light the candle first and make sure it is placed in a safe candle holder on a heat-safe surface. Say your prayer while the candle burns, either before the bath or while pouring the baño from the shoulders down. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Use a small amount of oil on your pulse points, hands, shoes, wallet, doorways, or ritual items depending on your intention. Light the candle in a safe candle holder on a heat-safe surface. Say your prayer while the candle burns and sit with your intention.
